Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in the materials, content, and deliverable produced by Sterling Media Group as part of our services shall remain with Sterling Media Group until full payment for the services has been received. Upon full payment, a license or transfer of rights, as agreed upon, will be granted to the client for the specific purpose for which the materials were created. You acknowledge that all trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Sterling Media Group's services are the property of Sterling Media Group or its licensors.

Both Sterling Media Group and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of the service engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sterling Media Group will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
